A Week at the Movies is an exciting four-day Stage & Screen experience where children step into the world of their favourite films and become the stars of their own screen projects. Across four action-packed days, students will: • Act, sing and dance their way through iconic movie-inspired s …morecenes • Create and film their own scenes using green screen technology • Work with professional film and theatre equipment • Explore acting for camera, movement, music and storytelling • Build confidence, make new friends and create together From improvisation games and group dances to filming movie scenes and bringing imaginary worlds to life, the week is packed with creativity, performance and fun. At the end of the week, families are invited to join us for a cinema-style screening and live theatre showcase, where students can see their work come to life on the big screen and stage. Information for parents Food: Please pack a nut-free lunch, two snacks and a refillable water bottle. No food is provided on site. Safety: The site is secured throughout the day and all staff are DBS-checked. The camp is led by experienced teachers and industry professionals with backgrounds across television, theatre and film. less
